DICKEY’S CRAFT SAUSAGE COMPANY

Roland Dickey, Sr. created his original Kielbasa sausage recipe in the 1970s. Three decades later, Roland Dickey, Jr. added Jalapeño Cheddar sausage to the menu. The Craft Sausage Company was formed when demand for Dickey’s beloved Kielbasa sausages outpaced supply. Chef Phil Butler went to work creating more than twenty varieties of hand-crafted rope sausages. Together with his team, they personally make, cure and dry each flavor, now available to backyard pit masters everywhere.
